We believe that daily movement, intentional stillness, and holistic healing are essential practices for living in balance. Our evolving program includes yoga, energy work, body-based therapies, and immersive experiences that connect you to the land, your body, and community. Guests, neighbors, or travelers are all welcome. You can join us in this daily rhythm of well-being.

🧘 Daily Yoga Class
Join us for all-levels yoga every morning from 9:00–10:30 AM in our beautiful open-air Movement Temple. Each class is guided by rotating teachers and blends diverse lineages with the energy of the land.

🐝 Bee Dance – Our Signature Weekly Dance
Held every Friday evening, Bee Dance is our long-standing community dance gathering—a pulse of the sanctuary. It is also a celebration of embodied freedom.
🎧 Dance under the stars, connect through movement, and enjoy curated DJ lineups each week. 💫 The evening begins with a Sound Healing Immersion to ground and open the space.

🌺 HULA OLA – Weekly Hula Class 🌺
Fridays • 4:00–5:30PM | Grow Room at Hawaiian Sanctuary
HULA OLA is a weekly hula class dedicated to building holistic health and wellness through the traditional foundations of hula. This class integrates alignment of body, mind, and spirit through hula protocols and basics. It supports the perpetuation of Hawaiian values (mea waiwai) and cultural practice.
Led by Kumu Tia, a lifelong student and teacher of the hula arts, this offering provides a beautiful opportunity to explore the sacred art of hula. It takes place in a welcoming, respectful space, and Kumu Tia has over 30 years of experience.

🌺 Roots & Wings Yoga Retreat 🌺

A transformational yoga immersion on Hawai‘i Island’s wild Puna coast.
Join us for 200H & 300H Yoga Alliance–certified trainings woven with ceremony, dance, nature, and soul.
Led by master teachers Allowah & Beata Lani, this retreat blends traditional yogic depth with embodied presence and creative freedom. All this is set in the vibrant sanctuary of our jungle retreat center.

Yoga with Allowah
Vinyasa Flow – Mondays & Fridays | 9:00–10:30 AM
Allowah Lani brings nearly 30 years of yogic study, along with a heart full of music, mysticism, and devotion. His Vinyasa Flow classes blend classical yogic philosophy with breath-led movement. He incorporates joyful sequencing and spiritual insight. Known for his gentle precision and uplifting energy, Allowah creates a space where students of all levels can deepen their practice. Students can build strength and move with presence and purpose.
Each class is an invitation to explore not only the physical postures, but also the deeper layers of yoga as a path to inner peace. You can expect thoughtful alignment, accessible yet challenging flows, and moments of reflection. These are woven with mantra, music, and yogic teachings. Whether you’re just beginning or seeking to expand your path, Allowah offers a welcoming container. It is heart-centered and suitable for growth and transformation.

Yoga with Brandi
Gentle Yoga – Wednesdays | 9:00–10:30 AM
Emerson’s Vinyasa – Saturdays | 9:00–10:30 AM
Brandi is a compassionate and intuitive yoga teacher. She brings a grounded, heart-centered presence to every class. With deep roots in restorative, prenatal, and dynamic flow practices, her teaching bridges the calming and the empowering — offering students the full spectrum of embodied wellness.
Her Wednesday Gentle Yoga classes invite deep relaxation, breath awareness, and nervous system reset. This is done through supported movement and extended restorative holds. On Saturdays, she leads Emerson’s Vinyasa, a Rocket Yoga–inspired practice that’s creative, breath-led, and strength-building. This is perfect for those who enjoy a playful, empowering flow.
Whether you’re easing into stillness or moving toward your edge, Brandi’s clear guidance helps students of all levels feel supported. Her inclusive approach helps students feel seen and inspired to grow.

Yoga with Marika
Hatha Yoga – Thursdays | 9:00–10:30 AM
Marika is a deeply intuitive teacher with over 25 years of dedicated personal practice and 15 years of professional teaching experience. Her Thursday Hatha Yoga classes offer a grounding, balanced practice that unites body, mind, and spirit. Through a mindful blend of postures, breath awareness, and subtle energetic guidance, she helps students build strength, flexibility, and inner calm while fostering a deep connection to self.
Trained in Hatha, Yin, Yin-Yang, and Restorative Yoga, as well as Reiki and Hawaiian healing arts, Marika weaves a holistic approach into every class. Her presence is calm, nurturing, and quietly powerful, creating a safe and soulful container for students of all levels. Whether you’re seeking balance, renewed energy, or a deeper sense of inner harmony, her Thursday morning class is a sanctuary for alignment and connection.

Yoga with Sienna
All Levels Yoga – Sundays | 9:00–10:30 AM
Sienna offers a warm and welcoming approach to yoga that supports students at every stage of their journey. Her Sunday All Levels Yoga class is a gentle and grounding way to start the week — combining foundational movement, mindful breath, and compassionate guidance. This meets the needs of both beginners and experienced practitioners.
With a calm and nurturing presence, Sienna creates space for self-discovery, healing, and embodied awareness. Her classes emphasize connection — to breath, to body, and to the natural world — while offering practical tools. These build strength, improve mobility, and foster inner peace. Each practice is an invitation to slow down, show up, and tune in to the wisdom within.
